Why we built it

Collecting rent shouldn't cost landlords a cut of every payment, and paying it shouldn't mean mailing a check. TokenRents gives landlords one place to bill rent and track payments, and gives renters modern ways to pay: credit card, ACH bank transfer, or crypto via USDC.

How it works

• Landlords pay $0 in transaction fees. Renters cover the processing fee for the payment method they choose.
• Renters pick how to pay. Credit card, ACH, or USDC, with the fee shown before they confirm.
• Everything in one place. Invoices, reminders, autopay, and CSV reports for your records.
